Abstract | A novel two-dimensional (2D) oxysulfide, Sr3.5Pb2.5Sb6O5S10, with a band gap of 1.34 eV was successfully synthesized. The device exhibits notable current density enhancement under irradiation (J(light)/J(dark)= 38.7 at 10 V) as well as a steady and reversible on/off switching mode. |
