AbstractIn this issue of Chem, Wang and colleges report a movable reactive oxygen species (ROSs) nano-scavenger based on hemin-loaded mesoporous silica nanoparticles, which are enabled by the catalytic decomposition of intracellular ROS (hydrogen peroxide) by hemin molecules released from the nanoparticles, generating mechanical force that promotes their random diffusion in the cells.
